CBSE has moved from optional AI initiatives to a defined curriculum and a coming compulsory module. Schools don’t need convincing that AI matters — they need help doing it well, safely, and with evidence.

The problem

AI access is growing faster than AI judgement.

  • Students are meeting generative AI before many schools have a clear learning framework.
  • Passive awareness presentations don't build judgement.
  • Uncontrolled tool access raises safety, privacy, accuracy, and assessment concerns.
  • Teachers need structured experiences that don't require them to start as AI experts.
  • Schools need evidence that students can think critically — not just produce polished content.

The goal is not to teach children to accept AI answers. It is to help them direct, question, correct, and responsibly use AI.

AI StoryLab: Human Director Challenge.

In one guided experience, students create with AI while showing they can question, correct, and responsibly disclose its output.

Designed for Classes 6–8, beginning with a Grade 6 or 7 pilot. It’s a facilitated, single-session lab — an entry experience, not a national Olympiad.

Why it’s different

The story is the medium. Judgement is the skill.

Animation, branching, quizzes, and AI-generated media aren’t the differentiation. AI literacy is really four questions, asked again and again until they become a habit:

02What data, rules, and human choices shape it?
03Should we trust, revise, reject, or limit its output?
04What should a responsible person do next?

Students practise these in situations they recognise — not by memorizing definitions or prompt tricks. That’s how judgement becomes a habit, not a lecture.
